Neil A. Littmann entered the commercial real estate industry in 1995 and specializes in investment acquisitions and dispositions, development, real estate partnership management, commercial leasing, sales and property management. His honest, ethical and knowledgeable skill set has proven successful in navigating real estate transactions for over 15 years.
During his career, Neil has been and continues to be an active member in 25 commercial real estate partnerships (mostly in the role of the managing partner) with asset value in excess of $50 million and nearly a half a million square feet. Neil has also been a top producer with Boulder County’s largest and most successful real estate firm The Colorado Group, Inc. Since joining the firm in 1997, Neil has been party to over $300 million in sales and leasing value from over 400 real estate transactions. An owner since 2002, Neil served on the Board of Directors from 2005 to 2008 and has been the acting Vice President of Operations since 2004.

Education: Neil earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (with an emphasis on business finance and economics) from Colorado State University in 1994. In 1996, he completed his Colorado Commercial Real Estate Broker licensing.
Family and Personal Interests: Born and raised in Boulder, Neil and his wife Nicole were married in 2003 and currently reside in Erie with their two daughters. Outside the office, Neil enjoys travel, is an avid runner (he is regularly training for races around the country), the outdoors, reading, sports and loves to spend time with family and friends.
