W. Scott Reichenberg, CCIM has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1995 and specializes in investment acquisition, disposition, asset management and development. Scott takes great pride in being a strong communicator and creative problem-solver when addressing complex real estate transactional issues and sincerely enjoys assisting investors in achieving their real estate investment goals.
Over his 15 year career, Scott has been involved in 24 partnerships, with a total asset value in excess of $75 million, totaling more than 650,000 square feet. His role in these partnerships ranges from managing partner to passive investor. Scott has also been involved in third-party brokerage activities during his career and been party to over 400 transactions with a transactional value in excess of $350 million. Scott became a partner at The Colorado Group, Inc. in 2008 and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board in addition to his activities for Signature Partners’ portfolio.

Family and Personal Interests: Scott was raised in Boulder. He and his wife Megan have three children and enjoy activities together and with their extended family. In addition to family activities, he takes pleasure in golf, fishing and travel.
