Andrew Niemeyer has been active in Real Estate for more than 20 years. His passion for property has evolved into a full time career as an Investor and Syndicator of income properties. Andrew is a serial entrepreneur who has started seven companies in the last 20 years, in industries ranging from importing to restaurants to hospitality. But his true passion has always been Real Estate.

Andrew’s current projects include a retail project on Pearl Street in downtown Boulder, a medical office building in Westminster, and a high end vacation property in Glenwood Springs. In addition, Andrew’s most recent project is an early 20th century art-deco retail building in downtown Glenwood Springs that was acquired in July 2010. Through a partnership with world class Chef Mark Fischer, the space was converted into The Pullman restaurant. The Pullman opened to critical acclaim in early 2011, and in November of 2011, Esquire Magazine named The Pullman one of the 20 best new restaurants in the United States.

Andrew’s focus with Signature Partners will not only be to identify investment opportunities along the Front Range but to leverage his knowledge of Glenwood Springs and the Roaring Fork Valley. His familiarity with these areas, as well as his relationships with local decision makers, business owners and real estate professionals, make Andrew uniquely qualified to find and develop properties in these markets.

Andrew has a degree in Management from Loyola University in Baltimore MD.

Andrew lives in the heart of Boulder with his wife and has two daughters studying at the University of Colorado. He’s been active in organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado, Kiva and The Blind Café. Andrew and his family have been training dogs for Canine Partners for Life and Guide Dogs for the Blind for more than 10 years. When he’s not working, Andrew loves to take advantage of the beautiful Colorado outdoors. Skiing, mountain biking, hiking and fly fishing are some of the many activities that have made Colorado a perfect home for he and his family.
