Boulder native Jessica Cashmore joined the Signature Partners platform early in 2011 and has been working with Neil Littmann and W. Scott Reichenberg in identifying and underwriting investment opportunities for the portfolio as well as assisting in due diligence for potential acquisitions. Jessica is also an investor in several of the partnerships and is excited to expand her portfolio with Signature Partners.
Education: Jessica graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She received her Master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration from California State University in Long Beach in 2009. Concurrently, she achieved a Certification in Public Sector Financial Management.
Previous Professional Experience: Prior to pursuing her real estate license, Jessica spent several years working in Colorado politics. While working at a local think tank, she co-authored a policy paper that was later published. She has also worked on various state-wide political campaigns, including working as the Director of Communications in 2010 for the Secretary of State race.
Family and Personal Interests: Jessica and her husband Daniel were married in July of 2011, and live in Erie, Colorado with their one-year old son, Ryan. Jessica is an avid sports fan, and rarely misses CU football or basketball games. She loves traveling and spending time with her family, which includes four siblings and eleven nieces and nephews.
